| Q | How do I logon to the site ? I cannot remember my username and/or password. |
| A |
Your username is the email address of the subscriber.
Select the LOGON option above, then click the Forgot Password
link. Enter your email address and we will send the password
to you. |
| Q | Who do I contact regarding further information or to submit my interest ? |
| A |
Each document normally contains specific instructions
regarding who to contact for further information or details
on any on-line source for expression of interest. You may
be required to register with an online source who are handling
matters on behalf of the awarding authority. |
| Q | A Tender notice I expected did not arrive with the rest of my Daily Alerts - why is this ? |
| A |
There are occasions when the CPV code used on a particular
document appears on the face of it a little vague. To ensure
that we match all relevant documents, we recommend that
you include specific keyword on your profile to assist with
the matching process. |
| Q | Is the trial really free, do I need to cancel at th end of the trial to avoid being charged ? |
| A |
Yes, our trial is absolutely free. Unlike our competitors,
we do not ask for your payments details until you tell us
you wish to subscribe. This means you do not have to opt
out to avoid being charged.
